software solutions to our clients' specific ne
eds. Later, most of the senior staff from PMI was reorganized as Productivity Strategies & Solutions, Inc. Today,
from our Michiana offices in South Bend, Productivity Solutions continues to
treat each client's system as a unique mission-critical
information system. Our core software applications in the
areas of accounting, manufacturing and related disciplines is
complemented by our well trained, experienced, highly
credentialed and customer-centric staff.
Today, most of our solutions revolve around our clients' core ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software requirements. We represent most of the major ERP software lines, from industry-leading companies including Microsoft (for the Dynamics-NAV, formerly 'Navision' product line), Sage Software (for the Sage Pro ERP and Sage MAS 90/200 and Sage CRM line of products), and TIW Software (for ALERE Accounting and Manufacturing (formerly called 'WorkShop'). In addition we represent a host of other products for report-writing, business intelligence, warehouse management and other components of a complete ERP solution. But even today, the personal touch -- including modifications, customization and custom programming -- remain tools in our solution development kit, and our staff is appropriately credentialed, certified and experienced in these disciplines.

Rather than presenting clients with a canned solution before we know the problem, PSSI's approach is to listen to your needs. We ask questions. We consider budget. We offer options. We do our homework. And from there, we work with you to develop an appropriate solution from any of the many best-of-breed software lines we sell. Since our inception, we anticipated that the future of computer systems would be realized on networks of PCs. Today, the concept of the network extends to the global network platform of the World Wide Web. Fittingly, most of our information systems provide web-enabled commerce solutions.
As we have grown, we have expanded our product lines and our services accordingly.
