Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Manufacturing

1. Work Order (WO) – is the primary component in the Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 manufacturing module. With Work Order you can find out manufacturing progression status in real time, make work schedules, generate work orders as well as keeping track of project costs and many more. WO can integrate easily with other modules to render robust ERP software. Manufacturing companies will save time in creating work orders since the software does it for them under certain conditions.

2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) – Among all stages in the manufacturing process, it is MRP that takes a lot of time. This has to be properly planned in order to come up with an efficient manufacturing process and to avoid problems along the way. Lack of materials can cause stoppage along the way and can actually hurt the project causing more expenses. With Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200’s MRP, purchase scheduling becomes efficient and effective planning gives streamlined results. 3. Bill of Materials (BOM) – a list of materials have to pass through several stages of processing before coming up with a finished good.
