First, A Step Back

Our Business Process Analysis (or BPA) is conducted by PSSI’s principals and most senior staff, and involves hands-on, intensive analysis of client business processes. This initiative is led by a CPA with over twentyfive years’ experience in process and workflow analysis. The BPA involves placing two to three high-level consultants at your site for two or more days, followed by several more days off-site devoted to analyzing our findings, flowcharting processes and drawing up appropriate recommendations for a highly individualized action plan tailored to your unique needs.
