First, A Step Back

We start by taking a step back to look at The Big Picture, and that’s why many of our clients in a variety of industries from across the U.S. have engaged PSSI’s team to perform a Business Process Analysis.

Our Business Process Analysis (or BPA) is conducted by PSSI’s principals and most senior staff, and involves hands-on, intensive analysis of client business processes. This initiative is led by a CPA with over twentyfive years’ experience in process and workflow analysis.
